SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19, Standard shipping and Priority Shipping may take longer than usual. We cannot issue any SHIPPING REFUND due to the delays with USPS. 

Allow 2-3 business days once your order is placed for your order to process and ship out. 

Shipping for domestic US orders for standard USPS First Class Mail shipping will take 3-5 business days.

 

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET? 

It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. If it doesn't show up by then, please check your local post office.

For any "Delivered" packages that may have been stolen, misplaced, lost or mishandled, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.

The FR collection  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or open a claim.

 

RETURNS

We offer store credit ONLY and NO refunds for any returns. Sale items do not apply and are FINAL SALE.

Once package is delivered, the buyer has a window of 3 business days to contact us for a return.

Returns that are over the 7 business day window will not receive their full store credit. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note return shipping fee will be the buyers responsibility. 

All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
